It was here that he received his foundational training as an electrician, honing his skills and gaining invaluable experience. After completing his service to his country, Tim returned to his home state of Connecticut to continue his passion for the electrical trade. In addition to his professional endeavors, Tim is a dedicated public servant, serving as a state representative in the Connecticut General Assembly. His commitment to his community extends beyond his political role; Tim actively participates in various local initiatives and enjoys giving back through volunteer work and community projects.

Michelle Lamotte
Michelle joined Bearingstar Insurance in 2013 as a personal Insurance Consultant in the Mansfield office and is licensed to provide auto, home, life, and health insurance. She was Bearingstar’ s Salesperson of the Year from 2021 – 2024.
Prior to joining Bearingstar, she was in the automotive industry, first in sales and then moving up to management and then to the position of business manager. The automotive industry provided Michelle with the opportunity to assist clients with their financing needs. Now she has come full circle, assisting clients with their insurance needs.
